I wanted to take the time out to give you a
sincere thank you and let you know that you are a true professional.
It took me about 10 seconds after Michelle and I met you to realize
that you love what you do.
I also felt you were honest and it proved
to be true as I checked behind you on some of the things you told
us. We did not know what to expect when we started looking for
property, but it did not take us long to realize that Jupiter Farms
was a great place, and now we know we will have a great neighbor one
day like yourself.
I have told a few friends about you and I hope
they give you a call when they are ready. I would like to extend an
invitation for about a year or two down the road to you and the
sellers of my infamous Lot D-60 to see what we build. Whatever it
is, I assure you that it will be a beautiful place for Michelle and
I, in which we will raise a tight-knit family. Anyway, hats off to
you my friend and I hope your company appreciates a quality asset
such as yourself. I am an HR professional and I can tell you how

we all know was named after some Florida native Americans. Trouble is, the owner of the
land at the time ignored solid evidence that the Tequesta Indians never lived further
north than Miami. But he insisted on the name, and it stuck.
